1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Attune (“the Service”), available at attuneaudio.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attune is a web application that generates layered ambient audio environments designed for focused work. The Service is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

• You may use Attune as a guest without creating an account, subject to free tier limits.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and provide permanent access.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@attuneaudio.app within 14 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source audio stems
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Attune's audio content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent free tier limits or subscription checks
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All audio content, code, design, and branding associated with Attune are the property of Attune and its creators. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service — it does not transfer ownership of any content.

8. Availability & Warranty

Attune is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attune and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@attuneaudio.app. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
